SUBJECT :   Clarification on the Contents of the Christmas basket

  1. In connection with the procurement of Christmas Grocery Basket, we would like clarify the specifications of the contents of the grocery basket as follows:

     

    Minimum weight requirement

    1. Spaghetti

     

    a. Pasta

    b. Sauce

    1 kilo

    c. Cheese

    165 grams

     

     
    2. Fruit Salad

     

    a. Fruit Cocktail

    822 grams

    b. Condensed Milk

    250 ml

    c. All-purpose Cream

    250 ml

    d. Cheese

    165 grams

    e. Whole Kernel Corn

    425 grams


  2. All other provisions and requirements in the Request for Quotation and Terms of Reference not inconsistent herewith shall remain valid and binding.
